Technical & Operations Coordinator

Filo Plus is a design studio specializing in custom kitchens and residential millwork. We collaborate with homeowners, architects, and builders to create thoughtful, highly detailed spaces. We are seeking a Technical & Operations Coordinator to support our designers and project manager and help ensure projects move efficiently from design approval to ordering and installation.

Role Overview

This role bridges design and production by preparing technical drawings, coordinating cabinet orders, and supporting project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• CollaUpdate CAD drawings after site measurements

• Prepare cabinet lists and verify dimensions

• Confirm appliance specifications and clearances

• Generate cabinet order lists and documentation

• Review manufacturer order confirmations

• Coordinate with cabinet suppliers

• Prepare installation plans and documentation

• Assist with project tracking and multi unit layouts

Qualifications:

·       Preferred backgrounds include architectural technologist, interior design technologist, kitchen design assistant, or millwork/cabinet industry experience.

Key Skills:

• CAD experience (AutoCAD or similar)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Organized and reliable
